Spork's motion to dismiss the charges: DENIED!

Hi everyone! Thanks again for your continued efforts to Save Spork. We definitely heard some unfortunate news today from the judge, but it just makes it to where we have to fight harder for the rights of animals who have no voice. Keep your chins up, stay positive and let's be here for little Spork.

Spork's hearing on the motion to dismiss the case

Spork's hearing on the motion to dismiss the case was held in Lafayette today. The judge decided he needed "a couple of days" to mull his decision. The Daily Camera was there to cover the case. Here's their report:
